Memory:  Almost every month in ninth or tenth grade a male student ran away. One to New York, one to Carolina’s, one to Florida.  Each time the distance increased.  It stopped after Joe Moran ran away to California.

The Education was superb.  I still use Mrs. Seymour’s assignment in discerning what is fact and what is opinion in the news. Mrs. Mathews and Mr. Falcone were teachers no one can compare.

Jobs: Social Worker in Drug Addiction, and Child Protective Services; Car Sales; and Residential Real Estate since 1986.   I love real estate and have a very diverse clientele from Europe, Russia, Mideast and India and of course the U.S. I like Real Estate because no 2 days are a like; you are getting to know people you would not otherwise meet.  I enjoy the young people and am impressed with their goals and aspirations.  This market is a challenge to overcome.  Cannot imagine not working!  I like being my own boss.

Interests :  My interests are varied and ever changing.  I have taken acting lessons at the Alliance Theater, Sculpturing at Cherry Lion Studio.  I enjoy kayaking and moderate hiking.  I exercise (aerobic and weight lifting) at least 4 days a week. I attend book readings at Agnes Scot College, Emory and Jimmy Carter Library. Love games from Scrabble to Bridge.  I am avid reader and at present enjoy memoirs. Enjoy politics and worked on Obama’s Campaign.

I am active in church, was a vestry member.  I volunteer in a homeless shelter, and Fernbank Museum. This year I was committee Chairman for integrating in our society a refugee family from Mylomar. Their stories are beyond belief.
